2. What we collect
When you buy a campaign, sign up, or contact us, we collect your name, email address, billing details, the track or channel you want to promote, and usage data (pages viewed, clicks, IP address, device type). Payment details are handled by our payment processors (Shopify, Mollie, and Stripe); we never see or store full card numbers.
3. How we use it
We use your data to deliver campaigns, send service emails, improve the product, prevent fraud, and comply with accounting and tax law. We send marketing emails only to customers and people who opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time from the footer of any email.
4. Who we share it with
We share only the minimum necessary data with service providers that help us run the business: Supabase (database), Resend (email delivery), Shopify and Mollie (payments), Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (DNS and CDN), and Spotify, YouTube, and Meta advertising APIs (campaign delivery). All providers are contractually bound to handle your data securely.
5. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (Datu valsts inspekcija) if you believe we have mishandled your data.
6. Retention
We keep customer records for as long as you have an active account plus 7 years after your last campaign, to meet Latvian tax and accounting obligations. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. Support emails are kept for 3 years.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings at any time.
